Hi,

Just a quick email to say what a fantastic crew you have in Naomi and Liam.

We transported a particularly complex patient home today, with myself accompanying the journey. From start to finish, the patient was reassured, comfortable, and happy, and Naomi and Liam engaged exceptionally well with both the patient and our team throughout.

This could easily have been a challenging transfer, but thanks to their patience, professionalism, and excellent communication, everything went smoothly. In fact, we have never seen the patient engage as much as she did today, which is a real testament to the rapport they built.

Their teamwork was outstanding, and their calm, compassionate approach made all the difference. It was a pleasure working alongside them, and I would be delighted to work with them again in the future.
